newborn photography long island ny

Newborn sessions are held in my home studio in Merrick, Long Island. I have a studio equipped with lighting, temperature controlled and all the props needed for your session. The ideal time for a newborn session is between 7-15 days after birth. In order to ensure that you get an appointment time within that very short notice you should book your newborn photography session while you are still pregnant, at least 1-2 months in advance. As soon as your baby is born you should contact me ASAP to firm up a date within those first couple of weeks. After the first couple of weeks babies tend to become more and more alert and have much longer periods of awake time making it much more difficult to capture those beautiful poses.
